All services are available via secure video across Queensland and Australia. All funding schemes - WorkCover, Medicare, NIISQ, private - are accepted via telehealth.
Making a referral?
Referral pathways for clinicians & insurers
We accept referrals from GPs, case managers, insurers, rehabilitation providers, and legal professionals. Select the pathway that applies to you.
GPs & treating specialists
Medicare MHTP referrals accepted. Please include the mental health treatment plan and patient consent. Provider number 1978631T.
WorkCover & insurers
WorkCover QLD, NIISQ, CTP, and private insurer referrals accepted. Provider P0007636706. We acknowledge within one business day.
Rehab providers & case managers
We work closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and injury management consultants. Clear reporting and coordinated care.
