Colm Sands brings extensive experience across public health, rehabilitation, insurance, and employer-based systems. His background includes several years working in specialist hospital and community rehabilitation settings, particularly supporting individuals with traumatic brain injury, neurological injury, and complex psychosocial presentations.
This experience underpins the practice’s clinical governance and its focus on aligning psychological care with functional recovery, return-to-work planning, and long-term sustainability.
